Every family has to have one.  Some families have more of one. With any families, the bigger the family the wider the opportunity to have more than one “.. didn’t we warn you about him/her?”  I do have to say that every family I’ve ever met has one – and it makes the family a lot more interesting because you never know what that one person will do.  Sometimes that is good => sometimes it’s bad but regardless as long as there are no uniforms (specifically national guard or militia being called out, paramedics, security guards, firemen or police) then it’s all good. It makes things interesting and exciting.  It is the type of thing that makes family, well to be precise – family.
