Although we are well into the second part of January in 2024 – it’s been a slow start for me. What with the snow and the weather – things have progressed slowly. far more slowly than what i wanted – but considering I’m in Canada, I should know already that Dec-Jan-Feb-Mar are the season for PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome).

What makes matters worse is that I’ve been tasked with digitizing my photos in an effort to downsize and get rid of unnecessary items. Who knew I had so many pictures from past years of riding or from past trips? I sure didn’t. Then – of course – as soon as I start going through things, the urge to ride to ride comes full tilt. Cue torrential rains, snow, wind and generally crappy weather. In a plus side, this time of year has 8 hours and 56 min of daylight where just a little over a month ago there was only 8 hours and 3 minutes of daylight. Winning!

I am concentrating more of my time on Instagram instead of Facebook these days. And will be posting more frequently here when the weather allows. 

Here’s to 2024. Let the season commence!
