Until I moved to the coast I never realized how many shades of blue existed on the colour palette of nature. I soon came to realize there are far more shades and hues of blue then there is words in the english language to describe those shades. When a person first observes the panorama it is truly breathtaking in the ranges and reflections of the water and that land. The two are so closely linked in our Inlet that you cannot describe one without the other.
When I get mired down with the day, or frustrated with what has gone wrong, I find myself down by the water watching the tides and activity and find that before long all my worries have flowed with the tide and my soul is once again quenched and revitalized to try again.
