For the last 14 days I’ve committed myself to the 20 day happiness challenge.
I’m now in day 15. Today my challenge is:
I need to be positive. – Happiness is in the heart and mind, not in random circumstances. Beautiful things happen when I distance myself from negative thinking. Be positive and smile right now, not because everything is good, but because i can see the good side of everything. Smiling doesn’t always mean I’m happy; sometimes it simply means I’m strong. And smiling will help me feel better.
