It is December in my part of the northern hemisphere.  Usually most two wheelers have been put to bed around this time of year when a person lives north of the 49th.  

But there are always those hardy souls who brave the elements. I could not resist taking this picture.   Not only is it December 13, but it’s cold and rainy. The reason this bike made me smile is because it has a board strapped to the side. Obviously this rider is taking advantage of our recent storms to do some kiteboarding.
